Debian Edu specific OID for use in LDAP schemas

The LiS (Linux i Skolen) schema uses base OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.8990.42,
which is said in the schema to be for LiS use.  The base OID is
1.3.6.1.4.1.8990, which belong to Linpro AS (now Redpil Linpro AS).

The original lis.schema file was written by Kjetil T. Homme in 2001
who worked at Linpro at the time.  This is probably the historical
reason why the OID is based under Linpros OID.

Debian got its own OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9586 documented on
<URL: http://dsa.debian.org/iana/ >.  It can be an alternative OID to
use for Debian Edu schemas.
