chroot-installation_bullseye_install_developer_upgrade_to_bookworm

Debootstrap bullseye, then install four desktop environments and the most commonly used applications and packages - and the build depends for all of these, then upgrade to bookworm.

Job configuration source is chroot-installation.yaml.py.
