chroot-installation_bookworm_install_parl-desktop-strict_upgrade_to_trixie

Debootstrap bookworm, then install the Debian Parl metapackage parl-desktop-strict, then upgrade to trixie.

Job configuration source is chroot-installation.yaml.py.
